At Studio TUNIQ, we celebrate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship. Each rug and cushion is meticulously woven by skilled artisans, and with that comes the charm of slight variations—unique marks of the maker’s hand. These subtle imperfections are not flaws but stories woven into the fabric, reminders that a person, not a machine, brought them to life with love and dedication.
If you wish to return your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on all our products. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be refunded, though exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery.
How to return your order
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@studiotuniq.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line. Once we confirm your request, you may proceed with the return shipment.
- The sender is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Studio TUNIQ cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced return packages.
- The item must be securely packed in its original or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements or are sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 working days. The refund will be issued for the product amount (excluding shipping costs).
Sales items
All sale items are final. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery, but refunds are not available.
International returns (outside the EU)
The same return conditions apply for international orders. However, please be aware that:
- You must contact us before shipping your return.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Clearly mark the return as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs delays or extra charges.
- Include a copy of your invoice and list the item’s value excluding shipping costs on the return label.
Studio TUNIQ is not responsible for any returns sent without prior email confirmation.
