Shipping & delivery

At Studio TUNIQ, we take great care in handling your order with the same dedication that goes into crafting our rugs. We process all online orders as swiftly as possible, always within 48 hours of receiving them. Each order is personally managed from our studio in The Hague.

We ship via Post NL or DHL from Monday to Saturday.

In-stock vs made-to-order

Some rugs are in stock and ship within 48 hours. Others are custom-made to order by our artisans in Tunisia and take 5–8 weeks before they ship. Each product page shows the current availability.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders with a value above €300 within the EU.
For shipping outside these regions, please contact us at contact@studiotuniq.com for a personalised shipping quote.

Shipping time (once your rug ships)

The Netherlands: Delivery within 2 – 4 days.
EU countries: Delivery within 3 – 14 days.
International orders: Delivery may take up to 5 weeks, depending on customs and local handling.

Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
