Khadija – Handmade Berber Wool Rug – Multicolour – 160 × 240 cm
Handmade Berber Wool Rug – Multicolour Amazigh Motifs
Khadija is a handmade Berber rug crafted in Tunisia from 100% sheep wool. Its natural white field is alive with a freeform composition of traditional Amazigh motifs — diamonds, triangles, zigzag lines and botanical symbols — woven in orange, pink, green, blue, yellow and brown. A mustard yellow border frames the whole design and carries through to the hand-knotted fringe. Each symbol carries meaning rooted in Berber cultural heritage, and no two rugs are ever identical. Khadija brings colour, story, and warmth to any living space.
Authentic Artisan Craftsmanship
Each rug is handmade by women weavers in the Kef region of Tunisia using 100% natural wool. Their techniques and traditions are passed down through generations, making every rug a unique piece of cultural heritage.
Sustainably Made & Fair Trade
Studio TUNIQ works directly with rural artisan cooperatives. Fair compensation and sustainable production are central to every design. Made-to-order to reduce waste and support slow craft.
